J-474 CT Reload

J-474 Cocktail - The delay time is adjustable from 8 to 18 seconds. Requires a #28 nozzle.

This new "J" reload has 709 Ns and can be shipped by USPS Surface Mail without any haz-mat like most of the smaller Loki Research reloads.
